At Aquabatix USA, we pride ourselves on delivering show-stopping aquatic performances, even at a moment’s notice. Recently, we had the pleasure of performing at an exclusive 40th birthday celebration in the heart of Austin, Texas. With just 48 hours to prepare, during the popular SXSW week in Austin, our team pulled off an unforgettable synchronized swimming spectacle at the iconic Hotel Saint Cecilia.
Last-Minute Call, First-Class Execution
When Epic Entertainers reached out to us for this special occasion, we jumped into action. From managing logistics to coordinating talent, we ensured everything was seamless. Our professional synchronized swimmers were flown in from Los Angeles to Austin where Aquabatix USA HQ is based, ready to dazzle the guests with their signature grace and precision.
Understanding the importance of perfection, we arranged off-site rehearsals in Austin to fine-tune our performance. Our team’s dedication and adaptability shined through as we made the most of the short preparation time. Collaborating with Epic Entertainers and the event organizers, we ensured our aquatic choreography complemented the luxurious ambiance of the celebration, especially with the client’s request to have a Beyonce routine as part of the show.
A Night to Remember
Set against the elegant backdrop of Hotel Saint Cecilia’s pool, our swimmers delivered two mesmerizing routines that left the guests in awe. The shimmering water reflected their dazzling movements, creating a magical experience that perfectly encapsulated the joy of the birthday occassion.
From concept to execution, the Aquabatix USA synchronized swimmers brought our signature professionalism and creativity to the event in Austin, proving once again that we can turn any request into a show-stopping reality – even on the shortest of timelines.
